Jen Berrent is the co-founder & CEO of Covenant. She previously served as COO and CLO of WeWork and was a corporate partner at WilmerHale, where she advised on complex transactions and led the New York emerging company practice. She founded Covenant to rethink the way legal services are delivered to clients and to give investors the legal intelligence that the traditional model has consistently failed to deliver.

Richard Perris is the co-founder of Covenant and spent 15 years as General Counsel of CVC Capital Partners, one of Europe's leading private equity firms. Having sat on the GP side of hundreds of private markets transactions, he founded Covenant to build the legal infrastructure that institutional investors have always needed but never had. He brings deep expertise in the full lifecycle of private markets transactions.

Andrew Keller is senior counsel at Covenant, where he advises institutional investors across fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions. He previously practiced at Kirkland & Ellis and served as in-house counsel at BlackRock and CVC Capital Partners, giving him firsthand experience of private markets legal work from every seat at the table. He joined Covenant to bring that accumulated expertise to bear at the speed and scale that modern deal-making requires.

Herman Cheung is senior counsel at Covenant, leading the firm's direct investments and venture financing practice. He previously worked at O'Melveny & Myers in corporate finance and credit. He also ran his own law practice where he represented startups and venture investors. At Covenant, he works on bringing AI analytics to credit and venture investments, helping institutional investors move faster and with greater confidence on every deal.
